Statistics: Russia’s potash fertilizer exports fall 7.2% in Apr
MOSCOW, Jun 21 (PRIME) -- Russia’s exports of potash fertilizers fell 7.2% on the month to U.S. $153 million in April, the Federal State Statistics Service said on Thursday.
In January–April, exports of potash fertilizers fell 17.8% on the year to $426 million.
Exports of nitrogen fertilizers fell 34.5% on the month to $197 million in April and grew 13.9% on the year to $858 million in January–April.
Overall exports of chemical products fell 14.6% on the month to $2.152 billion in April and increased 16.2% on the year to $8.413 billion in January–April.
Imports fell 0.7% on the month to $3.821 billion in April and increased 19.9% on the year to $14.132 billion in January–April.
